We've routed traffic to sparkling-sea-10352.sftptogo.com to different hosts so that connectivity would not be affected by the issue with our infrastructure provider.

Due to issues with our infrastructure provider, there is an increased number of authentication errors with the host sparkling-sea-10352.sftptogo.com.
You can still open SFTP or FTPS connections using the host sparkling-sea-25985.sftptogo.com or use S3 APIs to manage your files.
